My project was an opportunity validation to activate more users on the talent platform. The activation of talent is crucial for the success of the talent side of the HeyJobs Marketplace. I am proud and thankful to have received this much trust and the chance to work on the most critical topic inside the HeyJobs Talent Platform team.

I led a discovery project with support from a Senior Product
Manager, and Stakeholders included two Senior Product Managers, a
UX Research Lead and the CPO. This project was also my final
project at university. The supervisor was
Birte Loeckel, an experienced product leader and coach. I was responsible for
the entire project, from the initial research to the final
presentation.
During my project time, I analysed user behaviour data,
setup, and recruited and facilitated eight user interviews. I
also applied methods like the Kano model, the KPI tree and the
user journey to better understand where our product strengths
and weaknesses lie inside the product team.
Based on the interview transcripts, I created an affinity map and relevant insights by proving and refuting predefined hypotheses. In the final step of the project, I shared my findings with support of the opportunity tree and how-might-we-questions and moderated a discussion about the next steps based on my concrete recommendations for action.
Yeam was a group research project in which we explored the collaboration of teams in a remote and hybrid setting. I used observation and semi-structured interviews to create insights for the team.
